Everybody says Team Edward because the story and books revolve around the love Bella and Edward have for each other. if the books revolved around Bella and Jacob everybody would be Team Jacob.

I personally vote for Team Jacob

Jacob all the way! You want some reasons?
1. Jacob is ALIVE
2. Jacob is warm and cuddly, where Edward has to cuddle on TOP of the sheets so Bella doesn't get cold. (not to mention any sexual relations would be a bit FROZEN and uncomfortable)
3. Jacob is smiles where Edward is PMS
4. Jacob makes Bella happy, Edward makes her anxious and obsessive.
5. Edward controls Bella, like Jacob said, "just because you can't see it, doesn't mean he isn't."
6. Jacob made Bella sad for two weeks, Edward made her SUICIDAL for almost half a year.
7. Bella loves Jacob for his sunny personality, whereas she likes Edward because he smells good and looks pretty.
8. Jacob and Bella's age difference is 2 years, compared to around 100 (robbing the cradle much old man?)
9. Jacob is only dangerous when he is angry, Edward is dangerous ALL THE TIME (and as a side note: what does Edward do when its Bella's time-of-the-month?)
10. If she was with Jacob, Bella would live life to the fullest, with Edward she would have to go through the painful process of DYING.
11. Jacob isn't perfect, which is GOOD and EXCITING, where Edward is perfect and boring.
12. Jacob eats FOOD.
13. Bella wouldn't have to change.
14. Jacob NEVER hurt Bella as much as Edward did.
15. Edward lacks a sense of humor

16. Jacob and Bella would have been soul mates if Edward wasn't around, and Jacob would have never turned into a werewolf in the first place. I'm not saying thats bad, but they would have been together, and Jacob would have never imprinted.

18. Robert isn't attractive in ANY way, I mean come ON! Icky pale white skin that is as hairy as a wookie and deep red lipstick? I would rather take a nice tan skinned, buffed out hot werewolf any day!
19. Edward is UNREAL! Pull it together people! There will NEVER be a guy like Edward in the entire world, so all his fan girls are getting the idea that there is an 'Edward' out there for them, when in all reality there is NOT-EVER-GONNA-BE-ONE! Jacob is way more realistic than that Ken doll of a man.

All that being said, I don't want any of you 'Team Edward' fans getting all butt hurt about it, but I just like Jacob more. Plus it's like Sage Aliczander Ricks said, if the books revolved around Jacob and Bella there would be more Jacob fans.

Why do you even need to bother?
We've all know how it ends. Bella wanted to die becoming a vampire. So she did. She chose Edward, had a kid.
That's pretty much it.
